Bonus package terms and conditions

All bonus items listed under the “Core Package” and “VIP Experience” are provided as complimentary inclusions alongside the painting services quoted. Bonus items are not standalone services and are only available when our repaint service is purchased.

Bonus items may vary depending on:

• property type
   
• condition of surfaces
   
• site access
   
• weather
   
• availability of materials and subcontractors
   

We reserve the right to replace, adjust, or modify bonus inclusions with equivalent or superior alternatives at our discretion.

All bonus items have a stated perceived value but do not constitute a discount or direct monetary benefit. Perceived values are based on typical retail or service rates for equivalent work or products. Bonuses cannot be exchanged for cash, credit, or a price reduction.

The Feature Wall Upgrade refers to the preparation and repainting (or re-finishing) of one nominated internal wall using specialty paints, finishes, or premium colour choices beyond the standard repaint scope.

• Applies to one standard internal wall, up to 12m² surface area (typically a standard living, dining, or bedroom feature wall).
   
• Oversized walls, high walls, stairwells, or double-height voids may incur additional access or labour fees depending on height and complexity.
   
• Customer must select the wall location prior to commencement.
   

The upgrade includes:

• Preparation of the chosen wall
   
• Undercoat or primer as suitable
   
• Application of selected specialty finish (standard)
   
• One colour from a professional range (Resene or Dulux premium)
   

• Textured substrates
   
• Timber panelling or installed carpentry
   
• Wallpaper stripping or removal of previous finishes
   
• Major plastering, repairs, or surface restoration
   
• Re-skirting or re-trimming
   
• Custom stenciling, artistic finishes, murals, graphics, or metallics
   
• Specialty products requiring multiple coats above standard specification
   

These may be priced separately depending on extent.

Certain specialist paints (Venetian plaster, microcement, metallics, rust-effect, limewash, concrete-look, etc.) require specific products, techniques, and labour. These may incur additional cost and be subject to approval based on existing substrate and condition.

• Customers may choose any colour from premium interior ranges available.
   
• Sample cards and digital previews are complimentary.
   
• Painted sample patches may incur a small labour charge if multiple samples or re-testing is required.
   
• Digital previews are indicative only; actual colour may vary based on lighting, substrate, and sheen.
   

Application is subject to substrate suitability. If the wall shows:

• moisture issues
   
• mould penetration
   
• water damage
   
• structural movement
   
• previous coating failure
   

We may recommend additional remedial work (quoted separately) before applying premium finishes.

Standard preparation is included:

• sanding
   
• filling small holes
   
• spot-priming
   

Not included:

• major repairs
   
• re-plastering
   
• skim-coating
   
• water damage remediation
   

These will be quoted separately if needed.

If the feature wall requires:

• scaffolding
   
• tall ladders
   
• additional labour
   
• special access arrangements
   

These may incur charges. We will notify before proceeding.

This upgrade applies to one wall only, unless additional walls are purchased.

• Core Package: 6-month touch-up warranty
   
• VIP Package: extended warranty as stated (typically 3–5 years depending on paint system and substrate condition)
   

Warranties apply to workmanship and paint performance under normal residential conditions. Warranty does not cover:

• physical damage
   
• flooding or leaks
   
• structural movement
   
• unauthorised repainting or repairs
   
• extreme weather exposure
   
• failure of existing substrate
   

Annual maintenance visits are scheduled at our discretion and subject to weather and availability. Visits include inspection and minor touch-ups in accessible areas. Excessive deterioration, moisture ingress, or repairs beyond standard maintenance may incur additional charges.

Priority scheduling provides accelerated booking preference wherever possible, subject to weather, project queue, and seasonal workload. This does not guarantee a specific start date but grants preferential allocation versus standard bookings.

Cleaning and freshening items are performed after job completion where safe, reasonable and practical. We reserve the right not to perform cleaning in areas where health, safety, condition or access prevents this.

Premium and mould-resistant paints are matched to the property’s substrate and location. Where a recommended product is unsuitable due to condition, moisture, or age, a suitable alternative will be offered. Upgrades apply only to specified areas within the scope of the repaint.

All warranties, upgrades, and surface treatments are subject to a pre-work assessment. Additional preparation or repair work may be quoted separately if required to achieve acceptable substrate condition.

Unless otherwise specified, each bonus applies once per property. Additional upgrades may be available at additional cost.

Bonuses are linked to the job at the stated property and may not be transferred to other properties, projects, owners or addresses.

Bonuses are not available for:

• external weatherboard repairs beyond minor patching
   
• waterproofing or structural repairs
   
• mould removal caused by leaks or structural issues
   
• insurance work unless approved
   
• commercial projects (unless quoted)
   

We reserve the right to interpret, modify or withdraw bonus offers if required due to property condition, safety, or factors outside our control.
